I started my CPO Cayenne search in August 2024 and I was really specific about what I was looking for. It took a while to find the exact Cayenne I wanted, at the price and mileage I wanted, with the colors I wanted. After a very poor experience with a different Porsche dealership in Indianapolis, I found the vehicle that fulfilled 95% of my criteria and decided to pull the trigger on it. I live in Texas and this vehicle was at the Porsche Boise dealership in Idaho. Shaun Ferguson got back to me right away and sent me a very cute video of himself letting me know about the status of the car and the fact that it wasn't at the dealership yet. Upon me telling him I wanted to purchase it asap, he drove to the service site where the vehicle was to film it for me. I put a deposit on it, and today (only two weeks later) I received the vehicle at my home in Texas. My experience with Shaun was phenomenal. Communication was thorough and impeccable throughout. He arranged shipping for me with an amazing shipper as well. I have to also mention Kristi Dugan, one of the Finance Managers at Porsche Boise. Kristi communicated with me tirelessly (as early as 6 am her time) answering my NUMEROUS questions and concerns, and made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. Kristi was a huge part in making my experience of purchasing a vehicle out of state a fantastic and unforgettable one. Both Kristi and Shaun are huge assets to the Porsche Boise team. This is only my first Porsche, but when I am ready for my second and third one, I will very seriously consider giving the business to Porsche Boise if I can work with Shaun and Kristi again. I just received my 2025 Porsche Cayenne Coupe from Taylor Henry, and I couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience! I had the best car buying experience ever at Porsche Boise. Italo was wonderful. He was very helpful and patient with me as I decided on options, kept me updated through the manufacturing and transport process, and ensured the delivery day for my Macan really special. The financing and other paperwork were done efficiently the week before the car arrived so all I had to do was pick up the car. Of course, Italo sat with me and showed me what I needed to know. Even called afterwards to see how I was enjoying the car. I think I am a customer for life: :)

Dosher was amazing to work with and helped me get my supercar! There was no pressure; he provided me with the facts about the car and everything needed for me to feel great about the purchase. He's a P car enthusiast himself so it was a lot of fun to hear his experiences! I also enjoyed working with Dosher because he was so responsive; I'd ask a question and he'd get back to me ASAP with an answer, or he'd find the answer I needed. Again, I didn't feel rushed or hurried to make my decision. I plan on making all my future Porsche purchases with Dosher. Fraser also was extremely responsive with the payment and paperwork items!

This isn't just an exceptional car dealership, it's an exceptional Porsche dealership. Marlon V. was terrific to work with on the purchase of my CPO Cayenne. The sales staff overall functions as a team (others assisted Marlon with my transaction) and that's unusual in my experience at an auto dealership. The Porsche service team is truly outstanding. Alan, Avis, Cayden, Connor, and Mike are dedicated professionals that are highly skilled and knowledgeable. (And that is saying something given the complexity of these cars). Every service visit that I've had at Porsche Boise (on my Cayenne and my 911's) has been handled in an exceptionally great fashion.

Even though we didn't buy it from him (or from Porsche Boise) he has been amazing in helping us get familiar with the vehicle and with local events. 5 star service all the way. I got a flat on a weekend in rural Idaho and Porsche Boise was amazing in helping me get everything fixed as quickly as possible. It was a complicated drop off and pickup and they coordinated it all seamlessly. I wish my home dealer were this good!
